About Us

 

The Youth Tackle Conference of the Inland Empire, DBA Inland Empire Jr All American Football and Cheer’s goal is to promote youth football and cheerleading  in the Inland Empire for many years to come. 

Our vision is to ensure that all youth ages 7-14 in the community have the opportunity to participate, learn, and build their character. The objective is for all involved in this great sport to not only learn the game of football, but also learn sportsmanship, respect, team spirit, pride and self-esteem.
 
As a  501c3 non-profit organization, we want our communities to know that the Youth Tackle Conference of the Inland Empire is about the kids and that all community support goes directly to the program. Participating in this conference requires a considerable investment in time, organization and leadership. Everyone involved is required to adhere to all of the rules and guidelines as set forth by t his conference and understand that we practice the rule that the safety always comes first.
